Job summary

Precise Development Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced BIM Manager in the Tuas West Region for a full-time role. You will lead BIM strategy, standards and model coordination to optimise project delivery and collaboration across architecture and design teams.

The role requires 5+ years in BIM management, proficiency with Revit/Navisworks/BIM 360, and strong communication in English. You will mentor staff, drive best practices and align BIM goals with project objectives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional BIM management experience across architectural or design projects.
• Knowledge of BIM processes, ISO 19650, and BS 1192 standards.
• Proficiency with Revit, Navisworks and BIM 360 or similar tools.
• Strong project coordination and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and maintain BIM standards, protocols and guidelines across projects.
• Coordinate BIM models with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless integration.
• Oversee BIM data management and version control to maintain model integrity.
• Conduct clash detection and resolve model conflicts across disciplines.
• Provide BIM training and mentoring to project teams to raise proficiency.
• Collaborate with project managers to define BIM objectives and deliverables.
• Monitor BIM tool performance and identify process improvements.
• Prepare BIM-related documentation, reports and presentations for stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in BIM.
