Job summary

Marina Bay Sands seeks a BIM Manager to lead management of the project Building Information Model, interfacing with design teams and contractors to uphold BIM protocols. You will generate views, audit models, and ensure the live federated BIM model aligns with the BIM Execution Plan and project schedule.

The role requires a tertiary degree in a related field and extensive experience with Autodesk software, plus strong communication skills for cross-disciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in BIM modelling and BIM management.
• Extensive experience with Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks and BIM 360/Construction Cloud.
• Strong communication and coordination skills on large projects.

Responsibilities

• Assist Senior BIM Manager in evaluating technical queries during Tender and Award processes.
• Manage and audit federated BIM models, ensure alignment with BIM Execution Plan and MBS protocols.
• Coordinate with Design Team, Contractors and BIM specialists to resolve issues.
• Support reporting on Design BIM status and provide 3D content extraction for reviews and presentations.
