Job summary

Recruit Expert Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking an experienced BIM Manager to lead the building information modelling strategy across projects.

You will manage BIM processes, standards, and coordination with design and construction teams to ensure seamless BIM integration. The role requires a degree in architecture or related field and at least 5 years of BIM experience on HDB, condo, and landed projects, with proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, and BIM360.

Qualifications

• Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Building, or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years BIM experience on high-rise and residential projects.
• Proficient in Revit, Navisworks and BIM360.
