Job summary

UES Holdings PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced BIM Coordinator/Manager to lead the use of BIM across a major project in Singapore.

You will develop BIM Execution Plans, oversee clash detection, and drive quality control processes, coordinating with clients and contractors to ensure compliant submissions and timely progress reports. The role requires about 5 years of CAD/3D model experience, in-depth BIM technologies, and expert BIM authoring tool skills, with strong prioritization and

Qualifications

• Min Diploma in Engineering with relevant working experience in Construction industry.
• About 5 years of relevant experience in the implementation and management of CAD and 3D models.
• Have a comprehensive knowledge of related BIM technologies.
• Have BIM coordination or BIM management experience in a design, engineering or construction firm for a large project.
• Shall be expert in the BIM Authoring Tools.
• Ability to prioritize tasks well and has good presentation/communication skills.
