Job summary

MKPL Architects PTE. LTD. is seeking a BIM Executive to develop and execute BIM plans across company and project levels.

You will review and maintain BIM documentation standards and ensure the BIM model and drawings are accurate and complete for architectural projects. Responsibilities include BIM coordination with clients and external consultants, staying up-to-date with BIM best practices, and contributing to the development of BIM standards and procedures.

Qualifications

• Experience in BIM implementation processes.
• PM experience in BIM projects.
• Experience with tender documentation and authority submissions.
• Proficient with Revit software.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute BIM Executive plan at company and project levels.
• Review, develop and maintain BIM documentation standards.
• Support architectural projects ensuring BIM model/drawings accuracy and completeness.
• Coordinate BIM with clients and external consultants.
• Stay proficient in BIM standards and best practices; co-author BIM standards.

Job Scope:

• Assist in developing and executing BIM Executive plan for company level and project level;
• Assist to review, develop and maintain office BIM documentation standards;
• Assist and support the office in any kind of architectural projects and ensure completeness and accuracy of the BIM model and drawings;
• BIM coordination with client and external consultants;

Detailed Job Description:

• Be technically proficient in prevailing BIM standards and to maintain up-to-date knowledge of BIM best practices;
• Assist to develop or co-author office BIM standards;
• Ensure that the firm performs within set technical guidelines by providing or co-authoring standard operating procedures;
• Meet with Senior Management regularly and give regular reports, which include individual's performance, project status and development of BIM standards;
• Ensure that technical procedures, documentations and standard policies are adhered to;
• To assist in setting up and periodically review the BIM reference library;
• Create and develop BIM models and documents;
• Continued coordination of BIM model with third parties such as consultants, specialists, contractors, clients and the like;
• Assist Senior in technical training to the office and provide continuing coaching and upgrading as required;

Requirements:

• Experience in Building Information Modelling implementation process;
• Project Management experience (BIM & project);
• Experience with technical, tender documentation & authority submission;
• Experience with Revit software;
