Job summary

CPG Corporation Pte Ltd is seeking a BIM Manager to lead project delivery, develop BIM standards, and champion digital construction methods in Singapore.

You will coordinate with consultants, manage resources and training, and drive implementation of IDD/VDC/IPD concepts, ensuring BIM quality across projects. This role demands strong leadership, hands-on BIM mastery, and proactive collaboration across multi-disciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or diploma in Architecture or equivalent.
• Minimum 4 years BIM management experience; coordinator level possible with less.
• Experience coordinating with infrastructure consultants.
• Prefer BIM Modelling/Management courses from BCA Academy.
• Knowledge of Singapore BIM Guide and ISO 19650.
• Proficient with Revit, Dynamo, Civil3D, InfraWorks, Navisworks; Word/Excel.

Management Duties & Responsibilities

• BIM Manager role in Projects

• Involvement with work-related committees (external or internal) including BIM Centre of Excellence (CoE)

• Establish, implement and manage CPG BIM Standard

Project Duties & Responsibilities

• Establish and lead the BIM Project Execution Plan

• Integration of BIM/Revit into Integrated Digital Delivery (IDD), Virtual Design Construction (VDC) and Integrated Project Delivery (IPD)

• Audit Project Team’s BIM Project Execution

• Generate clash reports and lead BIM coordination meetings with clients and consultants

• Multidisciplinary Coordination, including Phase Planning (4D) and Cost Estimating (5D)

• Helpdesk for BIM issues

• Design, scripting, and utilization of BIM related tools

Other Expectations

• Keep abreast of the latest developments in BIM and continual improvement and mastery of BIM

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor Degree or Diploma in Architecture or equivalent

• Minimum 4 years of relevant BIM Management experience. Candidates with lesser years of experience may be considered for the role of BIM Coordinator.

• Experience in coordination with consultants for infrastructure project and implementation of BIM in construction process would be advantageous.

• Preferably completed BCA Academy's BIM Modelling and BIM Management courses

• Knowledge in Singapore BIM Guide

• Knowledge in BIM ISO 19650

• Knowledge in Autodesk Dynamo and Autodesk AEC Suite, including Revit, Civil3D, Infraworks, Navisworks Manage would be preferred

• Proficient in MS Word and Excel

• Possess good leadership skills to manage the BIM team

• Possess good client management skills

• Good command of English language for effective communication

• Possess good interpersonal skills and a team player

• A hands-on person who is positive, proactive and driven in BIM innovation

• Meticulous and able to organise work effectively
