Job summary

Turner & Townsend in Singapore is seeking a Senior BIM Lead to drive the BIM strategy and governance across large-scale capital projects, including manufacturing facilities. You will coordinate cross-disciplinary teams, establish standards, and manage 3D model reviews to assure design quality and project delivery.

The role requires 15+ years in complex projects, proficiency in Revit, Navisworks and BIM 360, and strong stakeholder leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management or related field.
• 15+ years delivering complex engineering/construction projects with BIM leadership on greenfield pharma or regulated industries.
• Proficient in BIM execution planning, multidisciplinary model coordination, clash resolution.
• Experience leading dispersed project teams and coordinating with consultants, contractors and owner stakeholders.
• GMP-regulated environments experience would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead the overall BIM strategy, governance, and 3D model coordination throughout the project lifecycle.
• Establish and maintain BIM standards, workflows, and quality requirements across multidisciplinary teams.
• Develop and manage the 3D model review and stage-gate process to ensure design quality and delivery objectives.
• Coordinate design reviews and model integration with engineering, design, construction, and operations.
• Facilitate model review sessions and drive timely decision-making with stakeholders.
• Coordinate utility, service, and infrastructure routing strategies with discipline leads.
• Oversee integration, coordination, and QA of BIM deliverables from consultants, contractors, and vendors.
• Lead multidisciplinary clash detection and resolution to mitigate constructability issues.
• Ensure designs support constructability, operability, maintainability, safety, and asset performance.
