Job summary

Staffhub Group in Singapore is seeking a BIM Manager to lead the BIM department and oversee the deployment of BIM resources across the design, construction and handover phases. You will drive the adoption of BIM and digital construction technologies to create BIMs for architecture, engineering and construction projects.

Responsibilities include implementing procedures, leading safety practices, enhancing productivity KPIs, and hiring and onboarding new staff while managing stakeholder

Qualifications

• Minimum degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent from a recognized university.
• Minimum 10 years' experience in projects with contract value minimum of 100 million.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-changing environment and cope with ambiguity.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with influencing abilities.
• Proficient understanding of authorities (BCA, SCDF, LTA).
• Proactive, self-starter with drive to initiate and implement.

Responsibilities

• Oversee BIM department operations and lead deployment of BIM resources.
• Implement BIM and digital construction procedures across design, construction, and handover.
• Lead use of technology to create BIMs in architecture, engineering and construction sector.
• Track and drive productivity KPIs.
• Hire, interview, tests, inductions, engagements and assessments of new staff.
• Adherence to safety practices in the workplace and ability to motivate team members.
• Ability to manage stakeholders’ expectations and resolve conflicts.
