Job summary

WeCraft Group is seeking a BIM Lead to establish and oversee BIM standards, templates and families. You will manage model setup, data environments and coordinate with consultants to ensure quality across high-end projects in Singapore.

You will train designers, improve delivery tools including scripting and AI-assisted checks, and support authorities with BIM deliverables. A degree in architecture or related field is required, with 5+ years BIM experience.

Qualifications

• Degree in Architecture, Building or a related discipline from an accredited institution.
• At least 5 years of BIM experience in an architecture or design practice, including setting standards or managing BIM on projects.
• Expert in Revit; experienced with Navisworks or similar clash tools, BIM 360 / Autodesk Construction Cloud and AutoCAD.
• Working knowledge of Singapore BIM e-submission requirements.
• Clear communicator, able to train others and hold teams to a standard.
• Dynamo, Grasshopper or other scripting experience is an advantage.
• This role does not offer work-pass sponsorship; applicants must already be authorised to work in Singapore.

• Set up project models, worksharing and the common data environment for each new project.
• Coordinate models with consultants (MEP, C&S, facade, lighting) and run clash detection and model reviews.
• Check model and drawing quality before issue, including work from our outsourced documentation partners.
• Support authority submissions that require BIM deliverables (BCA, URA, SCDF).
• Train and support designers on Revit and BIM workflows.
• Improve delivery tools and automation, including scripting and AI-assisted drawing checks.

The role

We are seeking a BIM Lead to set up and run how WeCraft models, documents and coordinates its projects. You will own our BIM standards, Revit templates and families, and the model-to-drawing workflow, and make sure every project team, including our outsourced documentation partners, works to them.

You will work with the Principal Architect, Project Architect and Design Manager on live projects across high-end residential, hospitality, cinema, restaurant and bar, yacht and bespoke work, and help shape our digital and AI-assisted delivery tools.

About WeCraft Group

WeCraft Group is an interdisciplinary design house working across architecture, interior architecture, product and furniture design, and project management. We are headquartered in Singapore, with projects in Thailand and Japan.

Our work spans high-end residential, cinema and entertainment, restaurant and bar, hospitality and, distinctively, yacht interiors. We integrate creative vision with fabrication and construction delivery, working with craftspeople, fabricators and builders in Singapore and the region.

What success looks like in the first 6 to 12 months

• Every live project runs on WeCraft templates and a current BIM execution plan.
• Model and drawing errors are caught before issue, with less rework.
• Designers and documentation partners work to one consistent standard.

Compensation

SGD 4,500 - 8,000 per month, commensurate with experience, plus a discretionary performance bonus.
