Job summary

ACHIEVE CAREER CONSULTANT PTE LTD in Singapore seeks a Lead BIM Architect/Coordinator to manage an offshore BIM team and work closely with Singapore-based project and engineering teams.

You will oversee BIM modelling, drawing production, and multidisciplinary coordination, ensuring quality control and adherence to BIM standards. This role offers a 5-day week with a salary up to S$7,000 per month.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the offshore BIM team to meet timelines.
• Oversee BIM modelling, drawing production, and shop drawings.
• Coordinate BIM models across Architectural, Structural and M&E.
• Perform clash detection and resolve model coordination issues.
• Monitor progress, allocate manpower, and manage workload.
• Ensure BIM deliverables follow standards and BIM Execution Plans.
• Liaise with project teams and contractors to resolve issues.
• Provide guidance and training to BIM Coordinators and Modellers.

5 days, Monday - Friday

Lead and manage an offshore BIM team

Work closely with Singapore-based project and engineering teams

Oversee BIM modelling, coordination and drawing production

Our client is Singapore based architecture, interior design, and planning consultancy company with a focus on creating human centric for healthcare, research laboratories, eldercare and workplace environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead and supervise the offshore BIM team, ensuring work is completed accurately and on schedule.
• Manage BIM modelling, drawing production, shop drawings and as-built documentation.
• Coordinate BIM models across Architectural, Structural and M&E disciplines.
• Perform model reviews, clash detection and resolution to ensure design coordination.
• Monitor project progress, manpower allocation and workload distribution.
• Ensure BIM deliverables comply with project specifications, quality standards and BIM Execution Plans.
• Liaise with Singapore-based project teams, consultants and contractors to resolve technical issues.
• Establish and maintain BIM standards, modelling procedures and quality control processes.
• Provide technical guidance and training to BIM Coordinators and Modellers.
• Identify opportunities to improve BIM workflows, productivity and overall team performance.

REQUIREMENTS :

• Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Civil/Structural Engineering, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum 6 years of relevant BIM experience, with prior experience leading or supervising a BIM team.
• Proficient in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks and AutoCAD.
• Experience in BIM modelling, multidisciplinary coordination, clash detection and drawing production.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritise workloads and meet project deadlines.
• Experience supporting Singapore-based or overseas projects is an advantage.
• Knowledge of BIM Execution Plans, ISO 19650 and Autodesk Construction Cloud is an added advantage.
