VB+E PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a highly capable BIM Engineer to develop and maintain accurate BIM models and related drawings for civil and structural projects, ensuring alignment with project requirements and timelines.

You will collaborate with design and engineering teams, apply AI-assisted workflows to streamline tasks, and contribute to the continuous improvement of BIM standards, libraries and digital workflows across disciplines.

Qualificações

• Minimum four years of BIM experience in civil/structural consultancy.
• Strong understanding of multidisciplinary BIM coordination and model information management.
• Ability to work independently on modelling tasks while coordinating with engineers and stakeholders.
• Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent plus BIM coordination experience.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain accurate BIM models, drawings and deliverables per project requirements and timelines.
• Use digital tools to streamline modelling and checking with professional review.
• Carry out model reviews, data checks and quality-control activities.
• Maintain organized models, drawing records and documentation.
• Prepare coordinated design drawings for authority submissions.
• Integrate BIM information across disciplines and coordinate with teams.
• Support BIM libraries, templates, standards and digital workflows.
• Participate in meetings and communicate model issues and solutions.
• Work with Design Engineer, BIM Engineer and BIM Manager to improve integration.
