Job summary

Solidtek M&E Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a skilled BIM Engineer to create, manage, and coordinate Building Information Models for construction projects. You will collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to implement BIM processes throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities include developing BIM models, coordinating across disciplines, reviewing standards, performing clash detection, and supporting project documentation and meetings.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• Proven experience as a BIM Engineer in construction.
• Proficiency in BIM software (Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD).
• Strong understanding of construction processes and standards.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain accurate BIM models for construction projects.
• Coordinate BIM models across disciplines (architecture, structural, MEP).
• Review and ensure compliance with project specifications, standards, and BIM protocols.
• Conduct clash detection and resolve conflicts within BIM models.
• Provide technical support and training on BIM software and processes.
• Assist in preparing drawings, documentation, and reports related to BIM.
• Participate in project meetings and communicate with stakeholders.
