Job summary

Recruit Expert Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a skilled BIM Coordinator to develop project models and create construction documents using BIM software, with updates to Revit models and coordination drawings.

You will produce 2D/3D shop drawings and as-built records, and collaborate with the Project Document Controller to ensure accurate and consistent project documentation. A minimum of 2 years’ experience on large construction projects and proficiency in Revit/Navisworks are required.

Qualifications

• BIM certificate required.
• At least 2 years as BIM Coordinator for large construction projects.
• Proficient in Revit and Navisworks.

Responsibilities

• Develop project models and construction documents using BIM software and update Revit models and coordination drawings.
• Create 2D/3D shop drawings and as-built drawings with timely updates to project documentation.
• Collaborate with Project Document Controller to ensure accurate data transfer and documentation consistency.
