Job summary

You will coordinate across disciplines using Navisworks, embed data for fabrication and operations, and generate docs, schedules, and take-offs. The role emphasizes ISO 19650 and BCA compliance, as-built handover, and Dynamo-driven process improvements. 3–5+ years BIM experience required.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or BIM-related discipline
• 3–5+ years BIM experience in complex building projects
• Strong expertise in Revit and Navisworks Manage
• Dynamo or scripting skills advantageous
• Experience in signage, wayfinding, façade, or metal detailing highly preferred
• Understanding BIM execution plans and coordination workflows
• Strong communication and technical coordination skills

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of high-LOD (300–400) BIM models for signage systems
• Build and manage intelligent Revit families and BIM standards libraries
• Ensure clash-free coordination across multidisciplinary teams using Navisworks
• Embed structured technical data into BIM models for fabrication and operations
• Generate construction documentation, schedules, and quantity take-offs
• Oversee BIM compliance with ISO 19650 and Singapore BCA standards
• Maintain accurate as-built models for project handover
• Support automation and process improvement using Dynamo
