Job summary

WECRUIT PTE. LTD. is seeking a skilled BIM/Revit specialist in Singapore to develop detailed signage models and manage parametric families.

You will perform clash detection, coordinate with project teams, and produce drawings and schedules while maintaining ISO 19650 and BCA BIM standards. The role requires 3-5 years of BIM/Revit experience, strong Revit and Navisworks skills, and the ability to communicate effectively within a team.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years BIM/Revit experience.
• Strong Revit and Navisworks skills.
• Experience in signage, wayfinding, or interior/metal detailing preferred.
• Knowledge of BIM coordination processes.
• Dynamo/Python knowledge is a plus.
• Detail-oriented and good team communicator.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed BIM models for signage systems in Revit.
• Create and manage parametric families and BIM libraries.
• Perform clash detection and coordination in Navisworks.
• Coordinate with project teams to resolve design issues.
• Produce drawings, schedules, and quantity take-offs.
• Maintain BIM data standards aligned with ISO 19650 and BCA requirements.
• Support model updates for as-built and handover documentation.
• Assist in automation workflows using Dynamo (if applicable).
