Job summary

Lewe Engineering Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking an experienced BIM Engineer to develop, manage and update detailed 3D models for Architecture, Structure and MEP. You will drive multi-disciplinary clash detection and coordination across project phases, ensuring BEP compliance and digital delivery standards.

The role requires advanced Revit and Navisworks/Solibri skills, familiarity with CDE platforms, and the ability to translate models into precise drawings and QTO data while maintaining model

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or diploma in a construction-related field with BIM focus.
• Hands-on BIM modelling and coordination on commercial projects.
• Strong knowledge of BEP and regional BIM standards.
• Proficiency in Revit, Navisworks or Solibri and CDE platforms.

Responsibilities

• BIM Modelling & Authoring: create and maintain 3D BIM models (A/S/MEP).
• BIM Coordination & Clash Resolution: lead multi-disciplinary coordination and resolve clashes.
• Documentation & Extraction: produce 2D drawings, shop drawings, schedules and QTOs.
• Model Quality & Audit: ensure data integrity, standards, and file hygiene.
• CDE Management: manage digital assets within CDE platforms (e.g., BIM 360).
• Site Support & As-Builts: update models to reflect as-built conditions post-construction.

Job Purpose

Lewe Engineering Pte Ltd is a main contractor in Singapore, committed to delivering high-quality, complex projects using advanced digital construction methods. We are seeking an experienced BIM Engineer to join our team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating, managing, and updating detailed 3D models while driving multi-disciplinary clash detection and coordination across all project phases. You will ensure full compliance with project BIM Execution Plans (BEP) and digital delivery standards.

Key Responsibilities

• BIM Modelling & Authoring: Develop, modify, and maintain accurate 3D BIM models (Architecture, Structure, or MEP) using Revit and related BIM software in accordance with project standards and LOD (Level of Development) requirements.
• BIM Coordination & Clash Resolution: Lead and support multi-disciplinary BIM coordination meetings. Run spatial coordination checks, identify hard and soft clashes using Navisworks or Solibri, and collaborate with discipline leads to resolve issues prior to construction.
• Documentation & Extraction: Extract accurate 2D construction drawings, shop drawings, schedules, and Quantity Take-Offs (QTO) directly from the coordinated 3D models.
• Model Quality & Audit: Conduct regular audits of models for accuracy, graphic standards, parameter completeness, and file hygiene to maintain model integrity.
• Common Data Environment (CDE): Manage and exchange digital assets, drawings, and models within designated CDE platforms (e.g., Autodesk Construction Cloud / BIM 360).
• Site Support & As-Builts: Assist site teams in translating coordinated models to field execution and update models to reflect as-built conditions upon project completion.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Civil/Structural Engineering, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Architecture, or a related construction field.
• Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in Autodesk Revit (Architecture, Structure, or MEP).
• Strong proficiency in Navisworks Manage or Solibri for clash detection and model aggregation.
• Familiarity with CDE platforms (Autodesk Construction Cloud, BIM 360, Procore, etc.).
• Knowledge of Dynamo, AutoCAD, or BIM track tools is a plus.
• Experience: Minimum 2-4 years of hands-on experience in BIM modelling and coordination on commercial, industrial, or infrastructure projects.
• Standards & Processes: Working knowledge of regional BIM standards (e.g., ISO 19650, local authority BIM submission guidelines) and BIM Execution Plans (BEP).
• Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving capabilities, clear communication skills for cross-disciplinary collaboration, and keen attention to detail.
• Preferred Education: Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Civil/Structural Engineering, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Architecture, or a related construction field.
• Professional Experience (required): Minimum 2-4 years of hands-on experience in BIM modelling and coordination on commercial, industrial, or infrastructure projects.
