Job summary

BIMAGE CONSULTING PTE. LTD. is seeking a Senior BIM Manager to lead a BIM team across multiple Singapore projects. You will develop the BIM Execution Plan, coordinate designers and clients, and ensure BIM standards and data security are maintained.

The role requires at least 6 years of BIM experience on end-to-end projects in Singapore, with strong knowledge of ISO 19650 and BCA guidelines, plus proficiency in Primavera or MS Project.

Qualifications

• Degree in Architectural/Civil/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or GIS/Building Science.
• At least 6 years BIM-related design and/or construction experience with progression of technical knowledge.
• End-to-end project experience in Singapore.
• Knowledge of Singapore BIM Guide, VDC Guide, IDD Guide, and BCA BIM documents.
• Good understanding of ISO 19650 requirements.
• Proficient in MS Office; working knowledge in MS Project/Primavera.

Responsibilities

• Lead BIM team (coordinators & modellers) and oversee BIM execution.
• Develop and implement BIM Execution Plan.
• Travel across Singapore to project sites.
• Coordinate between designers and clients to keep projects efficient.
• Manage BIM standards, data, and security.
• Produce monthly BIM performance reports for management.
• Train and upskill staff on BIM software.
