Job summary

BAYES RECRUITMENT PTE. LTD. is seeking a BIM Specialist to create and manage architectural BIM content and production documents for BIM-assisted projects. You will ensure models meet VDC/IDD standards and prepare data for clash detection coordination.

The role involves producing deliverables for design, documentation, and fabrication, building 3D families, and supporting 4D/5D processes while guiding junior modellers. On-site Singapore-based position with growth potential.

Qualifications

• Degree/Diploma in Engineering, Architecture or related studies.
• 1–3 years of BIM experience (ideally from C&S/CSA trades).

Responsibilities

• Create BIM content and production documents for BIM-assisted projects.
• QA/QC modeller and consultant models against VDC/IDD standards.
• Produce BIM deliverables for design, documentation, and fabrication.
• Create and maintain 3D families and BIM models with correct parameters.
• Liaise with team, share knowledge, and advise junior modellers.
