Job summary

A global engineering consulting firm in Singapore is seeking a BIM Coordinator (MEP) to lead the production and coordination of detailed 3D BIM models for Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Autodesk Revit and experience in clash detection using Navisworks Manage. This role demands strong collaboration across disciplines to optimize project outputs and ensure compliance with international BIM standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in producing detailed 3D BIM models for MEP systems.
• Strong understanding of MEP systems including HVAC, piping, and electrical layouts.
• Proven ability in QA/QC checks for models and drawings.

Responsibilities

BIM Coordinator (MEP) page is loaded## BIM Coordinator (MEP)locations: Singaporeposted on: Posted Todayjob requisition id: JR112116* Lead the production, coordination, and maintenance of detailed 3D BIM models for Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems using Autodesk Revit, ensuring full integration across architectural and structural disciplines.* Support MEP engineers in developing accurate and coordinated models, including HVAC ductwork, chilled water piping, plumbing layouts, cable trays, conduits, electrical equipment, lighting, and fire protection systems.* Generate project-specific outputs such as load schedules, single-line diagrams (SLDs), riser diagrams, panel schedules, and annotated views from the coordinated models.* Ensure all BIM deliverables comply with project BIM Execution Plans (BEPs), Surbana Jurong’s BIM standards, and internationally recognized frameworks such as ISO 19650.* Lead and participate in clash detection and resolution activities using Navisworks Manage, collaborating closely across teams to resolve spatial and design conflicts.* Manage and contribute to the preparation of construction drawings, coordination documentation, and model data sets through BIM 360 / Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC).* Drive modeling efficiency and consistency through the development and management of Revit families, BIM content libraries, templates, and automation tools.* Conduct thorough QA/QC checks to ensure models and extracted drawings are accurate, coordinated, constructible, and aligned with project requirements at each stage of delivery.At Surbana Jurong, we put talent, hard work, teamwork and a fun workplace together to approach problems and solve them creatively and collaboratively.
