Job summary

NAM LEE PRESSED METAL PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a BIM Coordinator to develop, review, and coordinate BIM models across architectural, structural and MEP disciplines, ensuring technical accuracy and contract compliance.

You will conduct clash detection, issue resolution and model validation using advanced BIM tools, and prepare documentation and deliverables in line with project requirements. The role supports digital delivery initiatives, integrates BIM into project management systems

Responsibilities

Develop, review, and coordinate BIM models for architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines, ensuring accuracy and contract compliance.
Conduct clash detection, issue resolution, and model validation using BIM tools.
Prepare documentation and deliverables per project and contract requirements.
Support digital delivery initiatives to align with project goals and optimize workflows via model integration.
Contribute to digital workflows by integrating BIM models into project management systems.
Ensure BIM deliverables meet client expectations and project objectives.
Design diagrams, maps, and layouts to illustrate workflow.
Prepare and review rough sketches with the team.
Identify potential operational issues and redesign products to improve functionality.
Ensure final designs comply with regulations and quality standards.
Other duties as assigned.
