Fonda Global Engineering PTE. LTD. is seeking a BIM Coordinator to transform design concepts into precise 3D models across architectural, structural and MEP disciplines.

Qualifications

• Coordinate and transform design concepts into 3D digital construction models across Architectural, Structural, and MEP disciplines.
• Manage clash detection to identify and resolve integration issues before construction begins.
• Collaborate with consultants, clients, and site teams to coordinate work plans and generate precise 2D shop drawings from the models.
• Assist BIM Manager in developing and maintaining BIM workflows and BEP.

Responsibilities

• Oversee BIM Modelers to meet submission deadlines and inform exchange schedules as documented in the BIM Execution Plan (BEP).
• Provide training, mentorship and technical support to modelers and team members.
• Act as primary point of coordination between client, consultants and sub-contractors.
• Perform regular clash detection between structure, architecture and MEP models and generate detailed reports.
• Chair coordination meetings between consultants, main contractor and sub-contractors.
• Oversee full 3D modelling process across disciplines and ensure seamless transition to 2D drawings.
• Review, audit, and validate models to ensure clash-freedom and compliance with project requirements and standards.
• Develop and update BEP throughout the project lifecycle and support 4D & 5D modelling for project management.
