Job summary

GEMS PARTNERS NETWORK PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks an experienced BIM specialist to assist in preparing BIM models for coordination meetings and to adhere to the BIM execution plan under the Architect in-charge.

You will support the project team to achieve BIM deliverables on time and leverage BIM software to coordinate design documentation. Responsibilities include updating BIM standards and templates and ensuring familiarity with BIM submission regulations and guidelines to ensure project

Qualifications

• Specialist Diploma in BIM/VDC required or preferred.
• Minimum 2 years relevant experience in building construction (Architecture) in Singapore.

Requirements:

• Specialist Diploma in BIM/VDC preferred
