Job summary

ERP21 Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a hands-on BIM Coordinator to manage digital building models, data workflows, and VDC processes across commercial, infrastructure, and healthcare projects. This is a hands-on technical role, working alongside a team of 200+ BIM specialists on projects in Singapore's built environment.

You will lead multi-discipline BIM coordination, run clash detections with Navisworks and Autodesk Construction Cloud, and mentor junior staff while ensuring BEP and CORENET X

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Built Environment.
• Minimum 3 years of BIM coordination experience in Singapore's construction industry.
• Proficient in Autodesk Revit (Architecture, Structure, or MEP).
• Experience with Navisworks for clash detection and multi-discipline coordination.
• Strong understanding of AutoCAD for 2D drafting and amendments.
• Familiarity with CORENET X submissions and IFC-SG compliance is an advantage.
• BCA-recognised BIM certification (e.g., DDM) preferred.
• Strong communication skills for coordinating with consultants, contractors, and project stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own multi-discipline BIM coordination (Architecture, Structure, MEP) from model setup through construction documentation across commercial, infrastructure, industrial, and healthcare projects.
• Run clash detection in tools like Autodesk Construction Cloud or Navisworks.
• Produce detailed clash reports, and drive resolution with consultants and subcontractors.
• Produce shop drawings, tender drawings, as-built drawings, and submission packages for authority approval.
• Maintain model compliance with BIM Execution Plans (BEP), project standards, and CORENET X requirements where applicable.
• Explore and implement automation workflows using Dynamo, scripting, or AI tools to improve modelling efficiency and project delivery.
• Mentor junior coordinators and apprentices, reviewing their work and guiding them toward the Company's quality standards.
• Collaborate with BIM Managers on model quality assurance, progress reporting, and client deliverable reviews.
