Job summary

SEARCH INDEX PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Lead BIM Specialist to lead the planning, development, and execution of comprehensive 3D models and BIM workflows across all construction project phases.

You will drive 3D modeling with AutoCAD and Revit MEP, BIM execution including 4D scheduling and clash detection, and ensure standards and compliance while coordinating with clients, consultants, and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Education in Civil, Architectural, Mechanical or Building ServicesEngineering.
• 5+ years in design engineering, construction, or IDD.
• At least 2 years directly managing BIM processes.

Responsibilities

• 3D Modeling: Create detailed models using AutoCAD and Autodesk Revit MEP.
• BIM Execution: Drive capability in Architecture, Structures, MEP, 4D Scheduling, and Clash Detection.
• Standards & Compliance: Establish in-house modeling rules and review architectural plans for accuracy.
• Collaboration: Coordinate BIM implementation with clients, consultants, suppliers, and internal teams.

• Up to $6,500 basic + bonus.

• Participate in a new building project @ Central area
• Participate in a new hospital project @ West area.
• Having work experience in a main contractor is preferred

• Software Skills: Proficiency in Navisworks Manage, Solibri Office, VRCollab, or Navigator is highly preferred.
