Job summary

Aurecon is seeking a senior BIM Manager in Singapore to lead digital and BIM management across design and construction projects. You will coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, develop BEP/DWP setups and ensure deliverables meet quality standards.

The role requires 7+ years in design/construction and 5+ years in BIM management, with strong communication and independent working abilities. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate on Digital, Innovation and BIM management with stakeholders.
• Develop Digital Work plan (DWP) and BIM Execution Plan (BEP) setup.
• Execute projects per tailored DWP/BEP including deliverables, formatting and quality control.
• Promote Aurecon Digital mythology and BIM strategy among staff.
• Lead project setup and technical design meetings.
• Provide support and R&D for BIM implementation.
• Coordinate with Aurecon Global Delivery Center production team.
• Proactively resolve issues with relevant leads.
• Understand general design/construction processes and CDE setup.
• Manage Forma/ACC data management and design coordination spaces.

• Coordinate on Digital, Innovation, and related to BIM management services for both internal and external stakeholders.
• Assist/Able to develop on Digital Work plan (DWP) and BIM Execution Plan (BEP) set up on project services.
• Able to execute project in accordance to individual project tailored DWP/BEP from deliverables, formatting, quality control and reporting from clash to project health type of reporting.
• Encourage the adoption of Aurecon Digital mythology and BIM strategy by engineering staff.
• Participate/Lead in project set up and technical design meetings.
• Provide support, training, and research & development for BIM implementation.
• Ability to manage self-training.
• Ability to coordinate with internal and external engineer with Aurecon’s Global Delivery Center production team.
• Having experience in service coordination and ability to pro-actively enquire for resolution from relevant leads.
• Adequate/solid grasp of knowledge on general design/construction processes and ability to relate to setup of CDE (Common Data Environment).
• Experience in managing Forma/formerly known Autodesk Construction Cloud from Data Management to Design Collaboration and Model Coordination space and setups.

• You will also need a relevant technical qualification, and chartered status would be preferable.
• Candidate must hold a bachelor's degree or master's degree
• At least 7 years' experience in design and construction
• At least 5 years' experience in the profession and BIM Management
• Excellent in management skills and self-initiative
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
• Work independently with the supervision of BIM Lead.
• Demonstrate the ability to use their initiative to resolve tasks or problems that arise
• Demonstrate the ability to use BIM modelling skill in the expert level.
