Job summary

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in project controls, administration, or project services for complex projects.

  • Proficiency with project delivery technologies and related software.

What will you do?

In this position, you will join our Buildings business, where you will play an integral part in a team of highly skilled specialists that ‘bring ideas to life’ for our clients across all types of building and infrastructure projects.   • Support project financial performance and bid activities by contributing to project setup, budget development, forecasting, cost tracking, and financial reporting throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Maintain effective project controls and governance by ensuring financial data, project records, and reporting are accurate, compliant, and aligned with business requirements.
  • Coordinate project administration and commercial processes, including invoicing, reconciliations, commitment tracking, variation management, and support for tender and bid submissions.
  • Provide financial and project performance insights by monitoring trends, identifying risks and opportunities, and supporting informed decision-making by project teams.
  • Collaborate with Project Managers, finance teams, and key stakeholders to strengthen financial controls, enhance reporting quality, and contribute to successful project and business outcomes.

The candidate shall possess:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in project controls, project administration, or project services, supporting the financial and operational delivery of complex projects.
  • Demonstrated capability in project financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, cost control, invoicing, reconciliations, and performance reporting.
  • Strong understanding of project controls, financial governance, and reporting processes, with experience using project and cost management systems such as Contruent and other industry-standard platforms.
  • Proficiency in project delivery technologies including ProjectWise, Primavera P6, Workday, and Microsoft Office, with the ability to leverage systems to improve project outcomes.
  • Highly collaborative and detail-oriented professional with strong stakeholder management skills, capable of managing competing priorities, driving accuracy, and supporting both project delivery and bid activities in a fast-paced environment.
