Job summary

WECRUIT PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks an experienced architectural BIM coordinator to lead the development of building information models. You will coordinate with consultants, subcontractors and project teams to ensure alignment with design intent and schedule.

Responsibilities include updating BIM drawings in Revit, converting AutoCAD drawings to 3D models, overseeing site inspections, maintaining BIM standards and ensuring quality and EHS compliance, and supporting project handovers.

• Prepare, update and maintain architectural BIM drawings using Revit.
• Convert AutoCAD drawings into 3D drawings and models.
• Ensure drawings and project information are properly shared with all relevant parties.
• Monitor drawing submission schedules and site progress.
• Maintain quality records, review inspection results and recommend improvements.
• Ensure BIM standards and LOD requirements are followed.
• Supervise site works to ensure compliance with quality and EHS requirements.
• Coordinate site inspections and project handover.
• Ensure architectural works meet project quality standards and customer expectations.
• Carry out other duties assigned by the Project Manager.
