ISLAND RECOVERY SERVICES PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking an invoicing associate to generate invoices, respond to customer inquiries, and ensure proper posting with required approvals.

You will investigate invoice discrepancies, liaise with vendors on supporting documents, such as Purchase Orders, and handle other duties as assigned. Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9am–6pm.

Research and resolve invoice discrepancies and issues.
Liaise with vendors and stakeholders regarding invoices and supporting documents (e.g., Purchasing Orders).
Any other duties as assigned by management.
