Qualifications

Degree in engineering, architecture, or building science.
Fluent in Chinese and English for coordination with clients and HQ.
Experience in construction projects (civil, structural, geotechnical, mechanical, or electrical) is a plus.
Proficient in MS Office and able to prepare PowerPoint presentations.

Responsibilities

Overseeing the preparation, scheduling, coordination, and supervision of assigned engineering projects.
Ensuring compliance with project requirements, reviewing drawings for accuracy, and addressing technical inquiries.
Engaging with clients to understand and interpret their needs (including site surveys and data gathering).
Participating in project meetings and implementing follow-up actions.
Developing detailed work schedules, manpower allocation, and resource planning.
