Job summary

I-LAB ENGINEERING PRIVATE LIMITED in Singapore is seeking a seasoned professional to support site planning and supervision for construction projects. You will coordinate with subcontractors on site works and ensure works comply with required standards, while assisting the project manager.

Responsibilities include preparing submission documents, reporting to the project and management teams, and coordinating with engineering, procurement, owner's team, and external construction management

Qualifications

• Experience in construction projects preferred.
• Ability to work under stress and independently.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin.

Responsibilities

• Assist project manager in site planning and supervision.
• Coordinate with sub-contractors on site works.
• Ensure that works are carried out in accordance to required standards.
• Prepare documentation for submission purposes.
• Reporting to Manager / Senior Manager.
• Develop and execute projects with engineering, procurement, owner's team, and external construction management consultants.
• Prepare and submit reports on the progress and status of the project.
