Job summary

Fresher Jobs Hub is seeking Part-Time Student Care and Admin Support staff for our education centre at Ang Mo Kio Avenue 3. This role involves handling enquiries, coordinating classes, and supervising homework for primary school children.

We offer a positive working environment and require candidates to be bilingual in English and Chinese, have customer service experience, and be able to work the specified hours. Training will be provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience in customer service is advantageous.
• 2 days of compulsory training is required.
• Must be responsible, committed, and able to follow the working hours.

Responsibilities

• Handle walk-ins, telephone, and email enquiries.
• Promote centre courses and provide consultations.
• Supervise homework and assist in new student enrollment.

Skills

Customer service experience

Bilingual in English and Chinese

Proficient in Microsoft Office
