Job summary

STARCHAMPS EDUCATION CENTRE in Ang Mo Kio, Singapore is seeking a caring, dependable Part-Time Student Care & Operations Support Staff to support after-school students. You will supervise homework, ensure safety, and assist with front-desk tasks to keep the centre running smoothly.

Requirements include genuine passion for working with children, ability to guide primary school students, and bilingual English/Mandarin communication with parents.

Qualifications

• Genuinely enjoys working with children.
• Able to guide primary school students with their homework.
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to communicate with parents.
• Able to work the stated hours and commit for at least 1 year.
• Responsible, reliable and a good team player.

Responsibilities

• Student care: supervise homework and wellbeing.
• Pick students up from nearby school and settle them in.
• Update parents on homework progress and behaviour.
• Handle walk-in, WhatsApp, and email enquiries.
• Assist with registrations and fee collection.
• Coordinate classrooms and assist teachers.
• Carry out basic cleaning and upkeep of the centre.
• Carry out ad hoc duties as assigned.
