Job summary

REERACOEN SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. in City, Singapore seeks a Paralegal (Japanese Speaking) to support drafting, reviewing, and managing contracts and other legal documents, and to assist in due diligence and registrations.

The role requires a Bachelor's Degree in Law, at least 3 years of paralegal experience, and proficiency in Japanese (JLPT N1). You will work in a Japanese-speaking environment with strong attention to detail and multi-tasking across matters.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Law from a recognized institution.
• Minimum 3 years of paralegal or in-house legal experience.
• Proficiency in Japanese (JLPT N1) to communicate with clients.

Responsibilities

• Assist in drafting, reviewing, and managing contracts and other legal documents.
• Conduct research on laws, precedents, and related literature.
• Provide administrative support for commercial registration applications.
• Assist in due diligence processes for M&A transactions.
• Support consultations and internal legal education initiatives.
