Job summary

Pinsent Masons Singapore is seeking a proactive Paralegal to support the Singapore Projects team. You will assist the Partner and fee earners, review and organise documentation on ongoing matters, manage document workflows, and proofsread presentation decks to ensure accuracy.

Korean language ability is essential; a diploma or equivalent, and prior paralegal experience in a Singaporean or international law firm are preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma level or equivalent.
• Ability to speak, read and write in Korean is compulsory.

Responsibilities

• Supporting Partner and fee earners in the Singapore Projects team.
• Reviewing and organising documentation on ongoing matters.
• Dealing with document management on matters.
• Proof-reading documents and presentation decks to ensure accuracy.
• Translating of documents between Korean and English.
• Market research and reporting for matter and client development purposes.
• Participate in and support business development activities.
• Proactively respond to priorities of the team
• Be committed to continuous improvement
