Job summary

EXPLICO PTE. LTD. is seeking a proactive Project Manager fluent in Chinese (Mandarin) and English to lead end-to-end EduTech implementation projects in Asia. You will work closely with Chinese-speaking customers and internal teams to ensure on-time delivery and high customer satisfaction.

The role emphasizes customer-facing communication, multi-project coordination, and the ability to translate technical concepts into simple language for stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Chinese (Mandarin) is mandatory.
• Strong proficiency in English (spoken and written).
• 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager, preferably in EduTech, SaaS, or Technology companies.
• Experience working directly with customers and external stakeholders.
• Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to explain technical concepts in a simple, customer-friendly manner.
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana, ClickUp, or similar).

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end project delivery for EduTech implementations (from kickoff to go-live and post-deployment support).
• Act as the primary point of contact for Chinese-speaking customers, handling discussions, updates, and issue resolution in Chinese.
• Communicate confidently with customers and potential customers to understand requirements and expectations.
• Coordinate with internal teams (product, engineering, AI, QA, support) to ensure timelines and deliverables are met.
• Prepare project plans, timelines, status reports, and documentation.
• Track project risks, dependencies, and changes, and proactively resolve issues.
• Support pre-sales or pilot discussions when required, especially with Chinese-speaking prospects.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with customer needs.
