Expeditors in Singapore is seeking an Agent for Customs Brokerage (Permit Declaration & Customer Service). This full-time role focuses on monitoring freight, preparing customs declarations, and delivering high-quality customer service in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate is bilingual, eager to learn, and willing to grow within Expeditors, ensuring compliance with GDP/GDPMDS where applicable and supporting timely deliveries to consignees.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates welcome; 1 year work experience preferred.
• Good English communication, both written and spoken.
• Willingness to grow, learn and work hard in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service monitoring freight and ensure timely customs declarations.
• Follow up on inbound shipments to ensure timely delivery to consignee.
• Monitor flight/vessel arrivals and report arrival information to customers.
• Ensure GDP/GDPMDS regulatory compliance for pharmaceutical shipments.
• Discrepancy reporting to customers and origin offices promptly.
• Maintain proper paperwork and ensure accurate billing and data entry.
