Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Mass Communication, or a related field.
• 0-2 years of relevant experience in a digital marketing agency, advertising agency, or in-house marketing team; fresh graduates with relevant internships are welcome to apply

Responsibilities

• Client Communication & Relationship Management: Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for assigned brand clients, ensuring prompt and professional responses to inquiries and feedback.
• Proposal & Content Writing: Draft social media communication plans, campaign proposals, and activity execution decks; participate in creative brainstorming sessions and contribute content ideas tailored to the brand's tone and platform characteristics.
• KOL Selection & Management: Identify, screen, and recommend KOLs / KOCs based on project objectives, brand positioning, and target audience; monitor content delivery and ensure quality and brand compliance.
• Project Execution & Timeline Management: Create and maintain project execution schedules, tracking milestones and deliverables across multiple workstreams; coordinate cross-functional resources to ensure smooth delivery
