• BTL expertise in shopper, retail, POS, and activation environments.
• Regional reach across South East Asia markets.
• Strong client management and ability to translate feedback into direction.
• Fluent understanding of adaptation models and multi-market rollouts.

Responsibilities

• Studio Leadership: Manage day-to-day studio operations, resourcing, prioritisation for regional BTL projects.
• Client Partnership: Lead for studio-delivered work with regional and global stakeholders through confident communication.
• Creative Excellence: Ensure all BTL outputs—including adaptations and localisations—are on-brief, brand-aligned, and executed to the highest standards.
• Delivery Management: Proactively manage workstreams across various brands and retail formats, resolving risks early to ensure on-time delivery.
• Team Development: Lead and motivate a multidisciplinary team of designers and artworkers, fostering a culture of accountability and craft.
