Job summary

Expeditors in Singapore seeks a skilled Customer Service professional to manage the end-to-end freight booking process for air and sea shipments. You will handle inquiries, provide quotes, and coordinate with internal and external customers to ensure timely freight movement.

The role requires 3–5 years of relevant experience, strong English communication, and proficiency with ETMS. This is a full-time, on-site position supporting GDP/GDPMDS regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum tertiary education with 3 to 5 years’ relevant industry experience.
• Computer literacy and ability to operate email.
• Good written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers.
• Book air and ocean freight shipments through various channels of communication.
• Respond to inquiries and provide quotes for freight charges.
• Enter data into ETMS accurately and timely.
• Ensure GDP/GDPMDS regulations compliance for Pharma/Healthcare.
• Provide flight details promptly and give status updates to customers.
• Obtain rates approvals and raise F2F/BCR before shipment departs.
• Monitor shipments to ensure timely arrival and highlight delays to shippers.
• Prepare reports and assist with additional tasks as needed.
