Responsibilities

• Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) functions.
• Process and record supplier invoices.
• Prepare and process vendor payments.
• Review, process and reimburse staff expense claims.
• Issue customer invoices and perform AR clearing/reconciliation.
• Prepare bank reconciliations and assist in month-end closing.
• Maintain accurate accounting records and supporting documents.
• Perform ad hoc duties assigned.
