Job summary

Thales Singapore is seeking a Project Controller to join our Finance team, supporting financial accounting, reporting, and treasury activities for multiple projects. You will collaborate with auditors and corporate finance to ensure accurate statutory accounts and robust controls while driving timely month-end processes.

Ideal candidates bring accounting or finance qualifications, strong Excel skills, and a proven ability to meet tight deadlines under pressure.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in Accounting, Business or Finance; CPA/CA or studying toward.
• Experience preparing external reporting requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist in coordination of all financial accounting accountabilities including end of month and annual external reporting
• Preparation and review of Annual Statutory Accounts including interfaces with Thales Australia Corporate Finance & auditors
• Manage accounts receivable, including Age Analysis and overdue debtor follow-up.
• Conduct key Balance Sheet account reconciliations
• Cash flow forecasts & Treasury support
• Ownership of Financial aspects assigned Bids
