Job summary

Boilermaster Holdings Pte Ltd is seeking a Business Intelligence Manager to identify BI/AI needs, define data rules and drive analysis and reporting across HR, manpower planning, quotations and wider reporting.

Reporting to the COO, you will own data direction, govern data quality, ensure responsible AI, and collaborate with the technology partner to deliver measurable business outcomes while driving adoption and stakeholder alignment.

Qualifications

• No prior experience in data analytics or BI required, but strong business sense is essential.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate business needs into clear requirements.
• Proven track record in change management and project delivery through leadership roles.
• Strong stakeholder management across departments and senior leadership.
• Genuine interest in building hands-on AI, data analytics and BI capability.

• Prepare and analyse data, define data rules, governance and ensure human review of AI outputs.
