Job summary

Pacific Refreshments Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Lab Technician for a 1-year contract. You will evaluate ingredients, work in process, and finished beverage bases, ensuring GLP and GMP compliance while transacting quality data in SAP.

Experience in food/beverage QC is preferred. The role requires a Diploma in Chemistry or a related discipline and a minimum of 1 year in a similar quality control environment, with strong analytical testing capabilities.Singapore-based position, on-site work

Qualifications

Demonstrated ability of executing food industry analytical testing.
GMP and GLP experience would be considered an advantage.
Experience in quality control in food/beverage or pharma is preferred.
Diploma in Chemistry or Food related discipline is required.

Responsibilities

Evaluate ingredients, work in process, and finished beverage bases with physical-chemical, microbiological and sensory evaluation procedures.
Complete the approval and release procedures for ingredients, packaging materials and finished product; ensure quality data are transacted in SAP.
Ensure ingredients have Certificates of Analysis, pre-shipment approvals, etc., before final release.
Sample ingredients, packaging materials, intermediate and final products on-site and at external storage as needed.
Calibrate analytical equipment as required.
Conduct laboratory testing of equipment/processes/methods to ensure accuracy and repeatability; document results.
Maintain records of chemicals, glassware, reagents inventories and MSDS for all chemicals.
