Job summary

Coca-Cola Co in Singapore is seeking a Laboratory Technician for a 1-year contract based in Tuas. You will evaluate ingredients and finished beverage bases to ensure conformance with specifications, maintaining GLP/GMP compliance and handling SAP data for QA workflow.

The role requires a chemistry or food-related diploma and at least 1 year in a quality control setting within food, beverage, or pharmaceutical industries, with GMP/GLP experience an advantage.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Chemistry or Food related discipline.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in food/beverage or pharmaceutical QC.
• GMP experience would be considered an advantage.
• GLP experience would be considered an advantage.
• Experience in analytical testing in the food industry; SAP knowledge advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate ingredients, in-process materials and finished bases against specifications using physical-chemical, microbiological and sensory tests.
• Complete approval and release procedures for ingredients, packaging materials and finished products; ensure SAP data accuracy.
• Maintain documentation: COAs, pre-shipment approvals and GLP/GMP compliance records.
• Calibrate analytical equipment and conduct lab tests to ensure accuracy and repeatability.
