About the Role:

The Beverage Director will define the strategic direction of the restaurant’s beverage offerings, lead the team of sommeliers and mixologists, and ensure every guest experience is elevated through thoughtful, innovative, and precise beverage service. Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the culinary team on pairing strategies, menu briefings, and special events.
• Ensure exceptional service standards, presentation, and guest engagement across all beverage touchpoints.
• Monitor industry trends, competitor offerings, and global innovations to continuously evolve the beverage program.
