About the Role:

The Beverage Director will define the strategic direction of the restaurant’s beverage offerings, lead the team of sommeliers and mixologists, and ensure every guest experience is elevated through thoughtful, innovative, and precise beverage service. This individual will be a key member of the senior leadership team, working closely with management and the culinary team to create a cohesive, world-class experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and lead the restaurants beverage strategy, ensuring alignment with its fine dining philosophy.
• Supervise the sommelier, mixology, and beverage teams, providing coaching, development, and performance management.
• Curate and manage wine lists, pairings, and non-alcoholic offerings, introducing innovation while maintaining excellence.
• Oversee purchasing, inventory, supplier relations, and cost control for all beverage programmes.
• Collaborate with the culinary team on pairing strategies, menu briefings, and special events.
• Ensure exceptional service standards, presentation, and guest engagement across all beverage touchpoints.
• Monitor industry trends, competitor offerings, and global innovations to continuously evolve the beverage program.
