Job summary

Durapower Technology (Singapore) Pte Ltd is seeking an Aftersales & Technical Support Technician to provide hands-on service for on-site Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS). You will troubleshoot, maintain, repair, and commission systems under guidance from the Aftersales & Technical Support Engineer, ensuring reliability and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities include field maintenance, diagnosing electrical/electronic/mechanical issues, using diagnostic tools, performing PM checks,

Qualifications

Diploma or Nitec in Electrical Engineering or related field is required.
Hands-on experience in field service for BESS, power electronics, or renewable energy is preferred.
Experience with lithium-ion battery systems and BMS/TMS is advantageous.

Responsibilities

Execute field assignments for maintenance, corrective actions, or emergency support.
Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical, electronic, and mechanical issues in BESS (modules, PCS, BMS, cooling).
Use diagnostic tools for root cause analysis and onsite repair.
Record service logs, reports, parts usage, and troubleshooting steps.
Adhere to safety standards and Durapower protocols.
