Job summary

Chloride Batteries S.E. Asia Pte Ltd in Singapore's West Region is seeking a hands-on Power System Maintenance & Service Technician. The role covers servicing industrial batteries, DC chargers and power equipment, with installation, testing and commissioning, plus on-site breakdown support.

Fresh graduates are welcome and training is provided. You will collaborate with engineers and the service team, follow safety guidelines, and build practical skills for future senior technical and service

We are looking for a hands-on and motivated Technician to join our Power System Maintenance & Service team. If you enjoy electrical work, troubleshooting and learning practical technical skills, we would like to hear from you.

What You'll Do

• Service and maintain industrial batteries, DC chargers and power equipment

• Perform installation, testing and commissioning

• Troubleshoot electrical and electronic equipment

• Carry out preventive maintenance and equipment condition checks

• Attend service and breakdown calls at customer sites

• Prepare service and test reports

• Work with our engineers and service team to solve technical issues

• Follow company and customer safety requirements

What We're Looking For

• NITEC / Higher NITEC / Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Power Engineering, Mechatronics or a related discipline

• Basic electrical knowledge and interest in hands-on technical work

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

• Able to work independently and as part of a team

• Willing to travel to customer sites within Singapore

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

• Class 3 driving licence is an advantage

Experience with batteries, DC chargers, UPS or electrical equipment is an advantage, but training can be provided.
