Job summary

THE GROWING ACADEMY PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Junior Behaviour Therapist to support children with special needs.

Prior experience with children is required, with patience and a nurturing approach. You will be trained in IEP development, behaviour management, data collection, assessments, lesson planning, and Applied Behavioural Analysis (ABA) techniques. The role is full-time, Monday to Friday, with a salary of SGD 2,600.00–3,700.00 per month and benefits including a 13th month salary

• Manage behaviour and support positive outcomes.
• Collect and analyse data to track progress.
• Conduct assessments and design lesson plans.
