Job summary

DUNLOP SINGAPORE is hiring across multiple outlets, with training provided for Department Sales & Bedding. Gross salary up to SGD 4,500 (basic + attractive sales commission and incentive).

You will assist and manage daily outlet operations, provide customer service and product advice, perform basic housekeeping, and help customers choose the best options. Candidates should be willing to work retail hours including weekends and public holidays; Singaporean or PR welcome.

Qualifications

• Able to work retail hours which may include weekends and PH.
• Singaporean and PR only.

Responsibilities

• Assist and manage daily operations of their outlet
• Provide excellent customer service with unbiased sales and product advice, actively engage with customer to understand their need and preference and help them choosing the best that suited to their need
• Assisting customers with their purchases, selection process and attend to walk-in customer on enquires
• Execute and upkeep retail environment standards, basic daily/ weekly house-keeping of outlet
• Understand client's service and demonstrate product knowledge by providing demonstration on the types, material and brands
• To achieve a common vision and achieve sales target as a team
