Responsibilities

• Coordinate bed management with wards and stakeholders to assign beds per protocol.
• Ensure efficient capacity utilization and match demand with supply.
• Identify bed-tight situations and activate contingency measures.
• Provide bed/resource utilization statistics and reports.
• Review workflows to identify improvement opportunities.
• liaise with wards, hospitals, and EMS for admissions and transfers.
